A disability officer at your service

A disability officer helps you identify your needs and looks with you at the possible accommodations, within our means, before and during your course. Feel free to contact them before enrolling:

Accessible premises (Bezons centre)

Our Bezons centre is accessible to people with reduced mobility: wheelchair-accessible entrance and an adapted lift (120 cm wide × 190 cm deep). For wheelchair access, we direct you to this centre. Let the disability officer know of any specific access need so we can prepare your visit in the best conditions.

Adaptable courses

Depending on your situation, several accommodations are possible:

  • Remote attendance from home (our classes are offered in person and online), with adapted display settings for visual impairment;
  • flexible pace and schedule;
  • adapted materials (enlargement, accessible formats) as needed.

Exam accommodations

The civic exam takes place at an approved partner centre. Accommodations may be arranged there (extra time, adapted conditions, technical aids). They must be anticipated: contact our disability officer as soon as you enrol to prepare your file with the exam centre.

Our partners

We rely on AGEFIPH and other partners to develop our accessibility responses.

How to request an accommodation?

Contact the disability officer (details above) to explain your situation. We assess feasibility together and put the possible accommodations in place.
